属灵习惯的建立

Building Spiritual Habits

属灵生命就像身体一样需要锻炼。你不会期望一天不吃饭还能有力气,属灵生命也一样。这里有几个核心的属灵习惯:1)每日灵修——每天花15-20分钟读经和祷告。可以从早上起来或晚上睡前开始。找一个固定的时间和地点。2)祷告——不只是'饭前祷告',而是随时跟上帝对话。开心的时候感谢,困难的时候求助,犯错的时候认罪。3)敬拜——每周参加主日崇拜。这不是'任务',是跟上帝的家人一起庆祝。4)团契——加入小组,跟其他基督徒定期见面、分享、祷告。5)服事——用上帝给你的恩赐去帮助别人。开始不需要很大,也许就是帮教会摆椅子。关键是:从小处开始,坚持下去。习惯不是一天养成的,给自己恩典。

Start small — maybe setting up chairs at church. The key: start small, stay consistent. Habits aren't built in a day. Give yourself grace.
