The fundamental physical constants of the universe (gravitational constant, strong nuclear force, cosmological constant, etc.) are exquisitely 'tuned' to permit life. Any slight variation in these constants would make life utterly impossible. The best explanation is an intelligent Designer who intentionally set these constants. Physicist Roger Penrose calculated that the probability of the universe's initial low-entropy state is 1 in 10^(10^123).
